Ink Policies


All orders placed over the telephone or on our website are processed, billed and shipped within 48 business hours from when the order is placed on all in stock products. We will only bill your credit card a few hours before your order ships out. Your order will then ship via the method selected. The RENA Systems, Inc. shipper of choice is FEDEx. Shipping options and costs are available on the product page. We only accept credit cards issued by US Banks.

All orders should be shipped to card holder’s billing address where you receive your credit card statements. Any alternate ship to addresses must be listed with your credit card company for verification. To list an alternate ship to address, just call the toll free number in the back of your credit card and add the alternate address on your account. For your security, all packages leaving our premises are sent signature required upon arrival. RENA Systems, Inc. is not responsible for any claims on lost or damage packages. Any claims must be filed with the shipper as all packages leaving our warehouse are fully insured for the total value.


RENA Systems, Inc. offers a 15 day return privilege on defective and non defective merchandise. All products returned to us must be accompanied by a RA # (Return Authorization) posted on the outside of the shipping box. All returns without a RA# will be refused by our warehouse. Any product which appears to have an initial defect within 15 days of delivery may be exchanged for a replacement of the same model without being subject to any restocking fees. If you wish to return a non defective product for any reason, we accept returns on unopened products as well without any restocking fees. We stand behind our products and your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any items returned to us must meet the following guidelines.

• All supplied accessories are included in the original factory packaging and all warranty cards must be blank.
• All items must be unopened in original factory packaging
• All returns must be double boxed and accompanied by a RA #. To get a RA #, please contact our customer service department.

RENA Systems, Inc. is not responsible for typographical, photographic, technical, or pricing errors listed on our website or any errors listed on other search engine/price comparison websites. Our prices fluctuate daily based upon distribution pricing of the product to us. The price ordered at is the price honored. We do not offer price protection and we do not issue "rain checks" on any product. We reserve the right to cancel any order. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. RENA Systems, Inc. is not responsible for rebates or incentives that are not honored by the manufacturer.
