Receives Award For 20 years Of Service.
OAKS, Pennsylvania –
June 15, 2008
– Keith Wisham, manager of
technical services at Rena Systems, Inc., was honored with a 20-Year
Service Award presented by Nick von der Wense, president of Rena
Systems.
“Keith's experience and knowledge of the product line is far
superior both in skill and experience,” von der Wense said. “He has
personally serviced, trained or technically supported all of the
equipment for our company.”
In 1987 Keith joined the firm as a service technician, and after six
months was promoted to service manager. “Initially I was responsible
for phone support and repairs,” Keith stated. “I also had the job of
visiting new dealers and providing them with operation and service
training, as well as helping out with industry trade shows. Within a
year we added two additional technicians, which enabled me to focus
more of my time on improving documentation, dealer trade show
travel, and product support.”
Eventually Keith became involved with the development and
enhancement of beta products, and provided input and ideas for
existing Rena Systems products. He also wrote or rewrote many of the
operations and service manuals for new equipment received from the
manufacturer.
As Rena Systems grew, bringing on more new equipment, Keith’s
responsibilities became more focused on dealer support, technical
writing, software support, and communicating with factories and
vendors to come up with product improvements and the development of
new products.

customers’ needs."
Several times a year Keith conducts week-long service training
classes for technicians from Rena Systems dealerships which cover
equipment setup, operations, troubleshooting, repair/replacement,
and the basics of software products.
